Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro, sidelined since February 23, underwent a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection on Friday to address his injured right foot, as reported by Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald. Herro’s condition will be reassessed in one-to-two weeks.
Herro has been sidelined due to right foot medial tendinitis, with a previous issue involving a hyperextended left knee, which has since healed. It’s the foot injury that continues to keep him out of action.
