Brandon Ingram and the New Orleans Pelicans couldn’t agree on a contract extension, so trade talks have ramped up, according to Marc Stein. With one season left on his contract, Ingram is likely to be traded.
The Pelicans plan to extend Trey Murphy III’s contract and strengthen their center position after trading for Dejounte Murray earlier this offseason.
