Ange Postecoglou has named three changes to the Tottenham Hotspur side that will take on Ipswich Town in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Australian had got five players back from injury for last Sunday’s 1-0 win against Manchester United in Guglielmo Vicario, James Maddison, Destiny Udogie, Brennan Johnson and Wilson Odobert.
With Wednesday night’s Premier League match against Manchester City in mind and a couple of knocks, Postecoglou has made a hat-trick of changes.
Pedro Porro gets a rest with Djed Spence switching to the right and Destiny Udogie coming in at left-back. Archie Gray comes in for Ben Davies, who misses out, while Johnson replaces Maddison, with Dejan Kulusevski moving back into a deeper role.
Here’s the Tottenham team Postecoglou has selected: Vicario; Spence, Danso, Gray, Udogie; Bergvall, Bentancur, Kulusevski; Johnson, Tel, Son. Subs: Kinsky, Porro, Reguilon, Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison, Moore, Odobert, Scarlett.
