Timberwolves extend Bucks losing streak with dominant win

The Minnesota Timberwolves (36-16), led by Anthony Edwards, defeated the slumping Milwaukee Bucks (33-19) 129-105 on Thursday night.

Propelled by Edwards’ 26 points and nine assists, the Timberwolves capitalized on the Bucks’ depleted lineup to secure the win, spoiling Doc Rivers’ home coaching debut for Milwaukee. The Bucks are 1-5 since under Rivers.

Despite the return of Brook Lopez, the Bucks were hampered by the absence of key players Damian Lillard and Khris Middleton, both sidelined with ankle injuries.
