The Phoenix Suns are eyeing a trade for Miles Bridges from the Charlotte Hornets, among other potential targets before the February 8 deadline. Bridges, however, has a no-trade clause this season to protect his Bird Rights, as he’s on a one-year deal.
Phoenix sees him as a rest-of-season rental but is aware of off-court issues, including a pending court date related to a domestic violence incident in 2022. The Hornets are reportedly seeking draft picks, but the Suns face limitations due to recent trades for Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal.
