Elliot Millar-Mills called up to Six Nations Squad
Northampton Saints tighthead prop Elliot Millar-Mills has been called up to Scotland’s Guinness Six Nations squad.
He will replace Leicester Tigers prop Will Hurd who is out with a foot injury. Adam Hastings is also out of the squad with a knee injury.
Miller-Mills qualifies for Scotland through his Scottish mother and has impressed for Northampton this season.
The 31-year-old 121kg tighthead began his playing career with Stockport and Macclesfield, before gaining a move to Edinburgh.
He then joined Wasps in the summer of 2021 and made 21 appearances in all competitions, before joining Northampton at the start of the season.
He will be aiming to follow in his sister Bridget’s footsteps who has represented the Scotland women’s national team.
He linked up with the Scotland team yesterday.
Javan Sebastian and Jamie Dobie will also train with the squad as they continue their recovery from injury.
