Naz Reid recorded a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Jaden McDaniels contributed 20 points to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves (50-22) to a 106-91 win over the struggling Detroit Pistons (12-61) on Wednesday night.
Despite a slow start, the Timberwolves rallied behind strong performances from Rudy Gobert (11 points, 14 rebounds) and Kyle Anderson (14 points) to secure their 50th win of the season.
The victory propels Minnesota into a second-place tie with Oklahoma City in the Western Conference standings.
