BUZZARDS BAY, Mass — For the second year in a row, the Buccaneers men’s soccer team has a player selected to the NEISL Senior All-Star Game.
Senior Defender Liam McDonough, a four-year member of the team and two-time captain, has been named to the one of the teams for the NEISL Senior All-Star Game which will be played on Sunday, November 27th at Brandeis University at 12:30pm. McDonough joins a hot of fellow MASCAC players as well as players from other New England institutions in the game.
Liam was an integral part of the Buccaneers defense in 2022 and his entire career on Taylor’s Point. Offensively, he scored one goal in his career which came in his sophomore season in 2019. Defensively, he was a leader on the back line for the Bucs with a calm, cool demeanor that helped the team to their playoff appearance in 2021, the team’s first since 2017.
