Reigning MVP Embiid provided insights into Wembanyama’s mindset, stating, “I don’t think he thinks he’s a center.”
Embiid, who shares a similar versatile approach to the game, appreciates Wembanyama’s view as a basketball player rather than confined to a specific position.
“I think he thinks he’s a basketball player, which is honestly that’s the way I think, too,” explained Embiid, per Ky Carlin of Sixers Wire.
