Caitlin Clark’s season has ended as the Sun knocked out her team, the Fever, on Wednesday. For many fans, the excitement of the WNBA season has dwindled without Clark on the court, and they have lost interest in watching.
ESPN commentator David Dennis Jr. hopes this sentiment rings true.
“I hope the people who say they are staying away from the WNBA now that CC is gone actually keep to their promise,” Dennis posted on X on Thursday. “These are about to be all-time series and their toxicity isn’t needed. Let us enjoy things.”
ESPN employee said Caitlin Clark has a “moral obligation” to defend the black lesbians who cheap-shot her.
He’s now calling for her fans to stop watching the WNBA playoffs–which air on ESPN.
If they listen, ESPN could lose tens of millions of dollars.https://t.co/70MZ234ipg
