Bronny James faces amplified pressure playing alongside father LeBron James on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Drafted at No. 55 by the Lakers, Bronny spoke candidly about the challenges of joining his superstar father in the NBA.
“It’s for sure an amplified amount of pressure. I’ve already seen it, media and stuff on the internet talking about I might not deserve an opportunity,” Bronny remarked during his introductory press conference.
He acknowledged that dealing with scrutiny is nothing new but emphasized the heightened expectations now that he’s with the Lakers.
