Carlos Alcaraz has stepped into rarefied air with his latest win at Queen’s Club. The 22-year-old Spaniard has now won 27 of his first 30 matches on grass, and is the only former or current No.1 to have a winning percentage that high.

Not even Roger Federer, John McEnroe, Novak Djokovic and Pete Sampras – players that have combined for 25 Wimbledon titles, can boast a winning percentage as high.

He’s also far and away outpaced some of the greatest grass-court players through their first 30 matches.

Roger Federer – 19-11
Pete Sampras – 20-10
Novak Djokovic – 22-8
John McEnroe – 24-6
Bjorn Borg – 21-9

Here is how Alcaraz compares to all the other No.1s in ATP history on grass, stats compiled by Tennis.com.
