Awkward moment Simone Inzaghi is asked worst question ever as Inter Milan are compared to ‘broken shopping bag’

MINUTES after losing the Champions League final, Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi was asked a bizarre question when a journalist compared his team to a broken shopping bag.

The Italian manager was still coming to terms with losing two of the last three Champions League finals, but he received no sympathy from the press.

Inter Milan were second best all night against a brilliant PSG side

On what was already a night to forget, Inzaghi was left completely speechless when he was asked one of the most awkward questions ever asked at a post-match press conference.

The journalist said:Inter played today in a yellow shirt or jersey so they looked like a supermarket shopping bag.

“You don’t have too many players but that bag has been extremely resistant.

“That’s how you are extremely resilient but today that bag you represent broke open and all the groceries spilled to the ground.”

Another said on X: “I’m surprised he didn’t throw hands.”

A third added: “They need to start vetting football journalists who ask questions.”
