MIES (Switzerland) – The 12-team field for the Women’s Olympic Basketball Tournament Paris 2024 is now complete following the successful conclusion of the four FIBA Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournaments, in Antwerp, Belgium; Belem, Brazil; Xi’An, China and Sopron, Hungary.
A total of 11 teams already have previous Olympic appearances, but there was a significant new chapter written for Germany, who will make history when they appear at the Games for the very first time.
