In a hard-fought contest, the Orlando Magic (22-18) managed to edge past the New York Knicks (23-17) with a 98-94 victory, breaking a three-game losing streak.
Paolo Banchero scored 20 points, complemented by Cole Anthony’s crucial 10 points in the final quarter. Wendell Carter Jr. made a strong return off the bench for the Magic, contributing 17 points. Chuma Okeke added 15 points to the scoreboard.
The Knicks, led by Deuce McBride’s career-high 20 points and 17 from OG Anunoby, faced challenges as Julius Randle shot just 5 for 18, contributing 15 points.
