While the Philadelphia 76ers aim to secure Los Angeles Clippers superstar Paul George, they have Brandon Ingram of the New Orleans Pelicans as a contingency plan.
According to Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer, Ingram is viewed as the primary fallback option for the 76ers if they can’t land George.
Ingram’s contract with the Pelicans, valued at $36 million with a 15 percent trade kicker through the 2024-25 season, presents a challenge.
